1. Processing & Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery Time: All orders are typically shipped through trusted local courier services and will reach your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

Order Processing: Orders placed before 6PM, are processed on the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Potential Delivery Delays
While we do our absolute best to ensure your package arrives on time, please note that the 5-day timeline is an estimate. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as:

Severe weather conditions

Public holidays or strikes

Courier network congestion or technical issues

Incomplete or incorrect address details provided at checkout
In the event of a significant delay, our team will proactively reach out to update you on your order status.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
To ensure a secure and flexible shopping experience, we strictly accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the courier agent in cash only when your package is handed over to you.

Online Bank Transfer / Digital Wallets: Securely transfer the order amount directly to our bank account. If choosing this option, please share your payment receipt with us via WhatsApp or email at sanicorestore@gmail.com to confirm your order processing.
Note: We do not currently accept credit/debit card payments directly on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this number on the courier partner’s website to track your shipment in real-time.
5. Delivery Attempts & Address Corrections

The courier service will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your parcel. Please ensure your contact number is active so the rider can reach you.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the delivery address once the package has been dispatched.
